What should i do if a setting provided by did not solve the issue?

All settings provided by this FAQ are without any warranty.


If a setting provided by this FAQ or the blog did not solve the issue make sure:


1) Roll back the provided settings, this is important because the provided configuration's can also have a negative impact for your environment.


2) Open a support case thru the IGEL Technology support site if the issue is related to the Thin Client.
